RENAISSANCE'S DOORS OF DISCOVERY For Marriott's Renaissance hotel chain, we gamified the process of discovering their properties through virtual tours, with keys opening doors and exciting rewards. We were at the cusp of Virtual Reality experiences and the integration of powerful game mechanics made the contest wildly successful. Players could find keys by engaging on social media so Renaissance could further increase their brand awareness.

MOBILE APP DESIGN: JOBCASE     Jobcase was one of the most massive design and strategy challenge I worked on: LinkedIn for non-college w. Designing an app for millions of users gave me incredibly valuable experience. I especially enjoyed the need for simplicity, as the audience was non-tech-savvy. Jobcase is a data-driven company, and this taught me a lot about using analytics in order to develop my design process.

MY MOBILE APPS: LOVELINES AND BLUSH I then created and self-funded two mobile apps combining text-messaging, virtual storytelling and powerful game mechanics. We've maintained a 5-stars rating and engagement and monetization metrics that are 3X better than industry averages. The feedback is great:  “Absolutely the best game ever. Definitely my new obsession". "I can’t manage to peel myself away from behind the locked bathroom door...Wow!! Great app!!”

NTT DATA'S LEADERSHIP GAME This was an excellent application of design thinking and gamification. By allowing employees to learn about leadership in a fun, interactive and engaging experience, we were able to increase employee satisfaction by 40% and lower attrition by 30%. We won multiple awards for the game, and white-labelled it to adapt it for some of the world's largest companies.

UX/UI DESIGN & strategy

When working on a UX/UI project, my goal is to make the users feel so immersed that they forget there's an interface. I also respect data and believe in the crucial importance of testing and listening to user feedback in order to achieve optimal designs. My focus is on conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping and UX design, while managing Visual Designers and Developers to work cohesively and execute on the most ambitious vision.

marketing & COPYWRITING

I love writing, it's the one thing I do every day. Feel free to browse my blog here to get a sense of how I like to play with words, sounds and tempo. Writing is like coding: you align words in a way that it triggers emotions, thoughts and gets people to act.

I've recently published a book titled "Once Upon A Swipe", and I also wrote a lot on my previous blog Via Olivia. The newsletter I worked on maintained an open rate of +60% ( industry average: 16%).  I would love to help you with the story you tell your customers. We all have a story to tell.

Some feedback on my writing:

"Brought me to tears", "speechless", "incredibly talented", "I want more", "I'm blown away", "incredible blog", "it changed my life"...

work philosophy

We are channels for creation. Ideas float in the collective subconscious and they're waiting for us to catch them in flight, and deliver them to the world. I believe in tuning in, observing, and creating from a place of love and compassion in order to attain a state of flow. Then, inspiration and answers come through, naturally.

As a passionate entrepreneur myself, I understand what keeps you up at night. I do this work while keeping in mind that these concepts' viability must be reflected in profitable metrics. Good news, the numbers come naturally when we design and create with the user in mind.

After all, we're users too. So how about we market and design for others as we would have them design for us?

Let's make magic together: hey@audeolivia.com

Blessings for your business,
